Camma Åstrøm-Andersen
Partner
Camma is a partner at Intenz and co-founded the firm in 2002. She has worked with organizational development since 1997 and is involved in marketing, communication, sales, and development projects.
Jes Graugaard
Partner
Jes is a co-founder and partner at Intenz. He has worked with people development at all levels and in practically every sector since 1988.
Mads W. Olsen
Partner
Mads is a partner at Intenz, where he has worked since 2008. He has worked with people development at all organizational levels since 1998.
Morten S. Petersen
Partner
Morten is a partner and has been with Intenz since 2007. He draws on more than 20 years’ experience in developing organizations, leaders and employees.
Rasmus Åradsson
Partner
Rasmus is a partner at Intenz and co-founded the firm in 2002. He has worked with developing corporate cultures, leadership, and sales for 20 years. Today, Rasmus is one of the leading persons within sales research and the modern sales organization.
Anne Thornemann Johansen
Anne has been a consultant at Intenz since 2015, working with culture development and training sales and service organizations.
Camilla Visted Andersen
Camilla is lead project manager responsible for the surveys in our processes. She has been with Intenz since 2017. She has an MSc in Social Science from Aalborg University, specializing in social psychology and HR.
Charlotte Kemp Clément
Charlotte is a project coordinator at Intenz and is the natural fulcrum of our office in Lyngby. Charlotte has many years’ experience in customer service, sales support, and process optimization.
Gitte Riis Axelsen
Gitte is a project and marketing coordinator at Intenz and vital for keeping our office in Lystrup running smoothly. Gitte is responsible for HR, administration, and has more than 10 years’ experience in marketing and communication.
Lars Johannsen
Lars is a senior consultant and has been with Intenz since 2004. He has a solid foundation based on many years’ experience training sales people and managers in all sectors. Cultural processes and surveys are also among Lars’ strengths.
Michael Mortensen
Michael is head of marketing & communication and is supporting the online dialogue with existing and potential customers. He has an MSc in Strategy, Organization and Management, and has comprehensive experience across a wide range of sectors.
Rasmus Larsen
Rasmus Larsen is a consultant with Intenz and has worked with the development of organizations, managers and sales people since 2009. Rasmus is specialized in helping sales people excell in digital sales meeting.
Morten Hagen
Morten is a consultant and has been with Intenz since 2013. He has worked with culture, leadership, and people development for more than 15 years – including coaching hockey at elite and national team levels.
Severin Bertel Kristensen
Severin is a project manager at Intenz, where he is instrumental on projects in which processes are supported by digital learning. He has an MA in Experience Economics and has experience in project management, blended learning, media production and communication.

Mads is an associated partner with 20 years of experience in sales management and implementation of sales strategies. He has worked with people and sales development at all levels and in virtually all industries.

Jesper Schwartz
15 years of experience from corporate HR, focusing on leadership development, leadership sparring and team development. Design of HR architecture and concept development.
Mads Elk
For more than 20 years he has helped companies with management, cooperation and collaboration, sales, motivation and communication. Mads is also Network Director in F5 Networking.
Kim Tingleff Bruun
Extensive experience from the largest companies – in DK and internationally – with sales management. Development of structures and systems that support sales processes and tools.
Claus Allerup
Extensive experience from both Danish and foreign companies – and has taught more than 7.000 people. Teaches with a focus on culture and behavior within management as well as communication between people.
