Intenz collects personal information about you when you or the company you represent enter into an agreement with us, either as a customer or supplier, when you use our website, when you contact us by email, phone, or contact form, and when you apply for a job with us.

In some cases, we will ask you to take a personality test. This test will be online, and you must give consent before participating. You can withdraw this consent at any time, and the test results will then be deleted.

Personal data we process: Name and contact details, application and CV, test results, and information from social media, such as previous employment and education.
Legal basis for processing your personal data: Data protection regulation article 6, 1, f) “legitimate interest”. The legitimate interest pursued is to ensure, as far as possible, that the employees we hire match the job requirements. Data protection regulation article 6, 1, a) consent.
When you are a customer, supplier, or another partner – or about to become one
When we start a dialogue about a potential task for the company you represent, we collect your contact details. The same applies if you, for example, represent a supplier, and we are in dialogue regarding tasks or services for Intenz.
If we initiate a customer or supplier relationship or collaborate in another way, we process your contact details to maintain dialogue and collaboration, draft contractual bases, etc.
Purpose of processing personal data: Managing your relationship with Intenz, including billing and accounting as well as sales and marketing.
Personal data we process: Mainly name, company, position, phone, and email. If you contact us through a contact form, we also process the information you provide in this form.
Legal basis for our processing: Data protection regulation’s articles 6, 1, b) and 6, 1, c) as well as 6, 1, f) – legitimate interest. The legitimate interest pursued is the opportunity for dialogue and establishing collaboration.
Storage of personal data: We store your information as long as we have a valid reason. We have this as long as a customer or supplier relationship exists and for a period thereafter.
When a customer or supplier relationship ends, we evaluate which information needs to be deleted and which to be stored, and how long they should be kept. For example, we are required by accounting laws to store certain information for at least 5 years.

We work hard to protect Intenz and our partners from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of the personal information we store.
Among others, we have implemented the following general organizational and technical measures at Intenz:
