“Everyone nods along to the plans, but no one changes their behaviour.”
Get your employees to own and drive your transformation
You have set the change in motion. The strategy is clear, senior leadership is on board, and the kick-off went well. Then Monday morning arrives, and employees go back to doing what they always do…
Together, we change that. This programme connects your strategic transformation with specific day-to-day behaviours. The result is stronger engagement, greater accountability and better conditions for growth.
— Ownership among 7 out of 10 employees within 30 days
— A stronger culture after 12 months in 9 out of 10 organisations
— Measurable growth impact within the first year
When change still belongs to the Leadership team
From the outside, it may appear that the change is well under way. The decision has been made. The plan has been communicated. People say they are on board. Yet within the organisation, day-to-day work remains much the same.
It is rarely about resistance. It is about a lack of clarity. What do we need to do differently on Monday? Who gives feedback when people slip back into old habits? How do we follow up without turning the change into yet another project?
When those questions remain unanswered, momentum quickly fades. Middle managers become messengers rather than change leaders. The change remains a leadership project.
We have seen the same pattern across more than 100 transformation programmes. Another kick-off will not solve it.
"We have launched the strategy, but employees still work the way they always have."
"The energy from the kick-off has gone after three months."
"Middle managers can explain the strategy, but they lack the tools to make it concrete."
"The resistance is passive. No one says no, but few people behave differently."
"The change still belongs to the leadership team. It has not become something everyone owns."
The leadership team say one thing. Middle managers translate it into something else. People across the organisation can feel the disconnect.

How we transform your day-to-day reality together
From the leadership team’s strategy to the organisation’s culture
A greater sense of ownership among seven out of ten employees within 90 days.
Employees know what they need to do differently on Monday morning. They change how they work, make different decisions and speak up when something is not working. The change has not been imposed on them. The strategic narrative answers the question employees really need answered: What does this mean for me?
— Change analysis and culture assessment as a baseline
— Strategy translated into "what this means for us on Monday"”
— Leadership workshops where your leaders work with the culture assessment and practise involving their own teams.
From middle manager to change leader
New behaviour becomes the norm within four to five months.
Middle managers gain a clear understanding of what the change requires in their respective teams. They translate the strategy into concrete actions, set direction and have the necessary conversations before old habits take over. They follow up week by week and become the ones leading the change.
— A tailored leadership development programme built around simple tools
— Peer groups where middle managers work through their own change situations together
— Tools for leading change week by week in one-to-one and team meetings
Shared Nordic culture: Vaillant broke down silos across four countries — and is now bringing the organisation together around one shared direction.
Transformation with ownership: Ahlsell IT moved from a hierarchical approach to a more involving one.
From passive resistance to productive disagreement
A stronger culture after 12 months in 9 out of 10 organisations.
Leaders learn to bring questions, objections and concerns into the open, and use them to make better decisions and build greater ownership. The aim is not to reduce resistance, but to encourage productive disagreement.
— Change management training for leaders at all levels.
— Practical formats for discussing progress in one-to-one and team meetings.
— Feedbck on leadership dilemmas from your organisation
From silos to cross-functional collaboration
9 out of 10 organisations see better cross-functional collaboration after 12 months.
Silos break down because everyone speaks the same language of change. Across the organisation, people use the same tools and concepts. Giving feedback, setting expectations and handling disagreement becomes a natural part of the way people work, whether they sit in the same team or in different departments. Change no longer lives only in the strategy document. It lives in day-to-day conversations across departments and levels.
— 4–6 shared tools introduced and practised across the organisation
— A shared language for feedback, expectations and follow-up
— Employee workshops and networks across departments
— Tools built into your regular meeting formats and rhythms
Culture that delivers results: Trip Trap Woodcare aligned around a shared direction and strengthened its culture — and the annual results improved accordingly.
What we do differently
We do not sell you a stand-alone strategy programme or a series of training days. Neither creates change. Instead, we work alongside you to build the new reality.
Two things set us apart. First, we involve both employees and leaders in the transformation, creating real alignment and ownership. Second, we work with you hands-on. We coach you and practise the new behaviours together until the change takes hold and the simulated strategic reality meets the behavioural reality.
Purple reality
Purple reality is our mental model for bringing strategy and behaviour together in everyday practice. Read more about it here.
A structured programme tailored to your situation
We assess culture, behaviour and readiness for change across the entire organisation. The analysis shows where there is shared understanding, where the gaps are and the 3–5 areas you need to address first.
Two leadership workshops. Workshop 1 reviews the analysis and identifies priority areas. Workshop 2 defines concrete initiatives. Leaders are prepared to present the data and involve their teams.
Cross-functional employee workshops across departments and levels. The strategy is translated into “what this means for us”, and employees help define how it should be put into practice in their day-to-day work.
A tailored development programme for leaders at all levels. This may include training in 4–6 practical tools for involvement, feedback and productive disagreement. Middle managers work in peer groups and work through real change situations together.
Check-in dialogues, behaviour assessments and culture assessments help you stay focused. The tools are built into your regular meeting formats and rhythms.
Typical duration

FAQ
Will the programme be tailored to us?
Yes. We start with your reality, not a standard model. The programme is built around the specific challenges and opportunities your leadership team is facing right now.
How much time will our leaders need to take out of their day-to-day work?
Less than most people expect. The programme is designed for busy leaders and is built into the work you are already doing, rather than added alongside it.
Can you guarantee results?
We do not guarantee specific numbers, but we measure progress throughout the programme, so you can see the impact rather than simply feel it. The programme is also designed to embed the changes, so the impact continues after we leave.
Can we stop along the way if we are not seeing value?
Yes. You are not committed to completing the full programme if it is not making a difference, or if you no longer believe in it.
How quickly can we get started?
Quickly. We begin with a short online meeting, followed by a session where we define your needs together. You then receive a proposal and a plan. It can take just a few weeks from first contact to getting started.
